Condo in havasu

We just started escrow on a condo , and we will be renting it out for fellow boaters of good nature. We will be asking between 65.00 to 75.00 a night more for the big weekends. I t is a two bedroom 1 bath mini ranch style penthouse. (at least thats what it says on my paperwork):D It is fully furnished and has a bbq sleeps at least 6 and has a real nice lake view , it also has a swimming pool and is fully furnished. It is very safe we have been staying thier for five years and love the place. No problem with boat parking the place is empty in the summer
