Have you checked into local laws and regulations? Zoning? You plan on serving alcohol? How do you plan on making money? Cover charge?
Are you serious? I don't see LHC letting that happen

Oh I'm not going to buy it. Just thought it was a good deal if you into that sorta thing. Just reminded me of my gramps old houseboat that he had in parker. 44ft with 3 392 hemis. Bitchin boat. But anyhow????? Enough rambing on.

you can probably find alot of good deals on houseboats taking into consideration Powell will be dry in a few years.

I can't believe there aren't any clubs there? I figure Havasu must have some law against it. But if there was an opportunity to do it, I definitely be willing to explore those opportunities! Are there any clubs there? I know finding a dancer is almost impossible...:confused:

There are clubs and or private services for escorts and such down there. You just have to know where to go. Why, you a dancer?

I don't think you would enjoy me swinging my junk around but I do know a few females stippers that have mentioned it. Where are the clubs at in Havasu? :cool:
