Torque for a Ford

I need a little help.
I need the torque specs for the manifold and head bolts on a 390 FE.

Sleek ,here it is = Intake manifold 33 1/2, exhaust 15, cyl head 80-90, main bearing 95-105, rod bearing 40-45, crankshaft 70-90,flywheel 75-85.This applies to 352 and 428 engines as well.

Heads torque to 100-105 in 3 or 4 incriments and follow the recommended torque pattern. Intake torques to 32 -35 but if you are torquing a rare and valuable aluminum manifold try 28-30, its a very big manifold, run the bolts down in progressive incriments and work in a circular torque pattern from the center out.

I forgot to ask last time.... whats the torquing sequence for the heads??

Torque Heads to 100-105 lbs in 4- 20 lb increments. Use thread lube. Start at the top center bolt, next do the bottom bolt and alternate side to side working out from the center.
