The 13th annual Rockets Over the River celebration blasts off across the Colorado from LaughlinÂ’s Casino Drive at 9 p.m. on July 1. The Avi Resort and Casino will host an hour-long fireworks show beginning at dusk on July 3. Rockets over the River return to Laughlin on July 4 at 9 p.m. All three are free, feature music and invite the public. Adjacent areas of the river will be closed during the performances....
