I think if Phat Matt could go out that weekend he would be at the Commander regatta in Havasu. But Phat Matt will be in a wedding that day in Pasadena (not his :)), so that's why Phat Matt is doing the boys weekend in Havasu this weekend and taking the wedding party out, who all happen to be Havasu virgins! :D
Thanks for the invite though Frenchie and no I usually don't talk in the 3rd person.
:p

Hey, what are friends for? Plus it will be my first ever "just the boys" weekend. No dog and no Goldilocks. She already instructed to me that I can't have any bitches, whores, sluts or hoochies on the boat though. Anyone know any nice girls that want a boat ride? :D

Don't hope for the wind, we have been in the Cottonwood basin during a force 2 gale (?) and we had 3ft swells crashing over our open bow and washing out our ski locker. This was in May a few years ago. Sunny as can be up at Willow Beach......
Have fun! It is a great run!

we were in that hava- storm in april in the north basin of havasu and it put three waves over the front of my deckboat. had a good 8 or 10 inches in the back of the boat

Looks like I will add a Essex to your Shockwave party. I will meet you guys on the north side of the lake. We might be camping up river. Dont forget your hard hats. They are working on the Hoover Dam bypass bridge.

Well fella's, we are out for this weekend. We need to keep working on the house. I have 1600 sq ft to paint. It would have been nice but, we are not pulling the boat up 'til the house is done.
Have a great trip. POST pictures!
