I have a set of old blueed out (guy before me didn't do the water thing) Bassetts on my play boat 1997' 19' Dyatona (never had a jet nor a cat...fun,fun,fun). I just saw a picture of a guy's Sanger Hydro in the classifieds (beautiful boat) who had the headers jet coated and they look awsome.
Who does this process, or should I say, who does a good job. I am in LHC but S.Cal. works.
Thanks for any input.

almost any header shop does the coating. jet hot coating or ceramic coating is the only way to go. I use this place and I highly recommend them for all coatings including powdercoating EMBEE performance coatings in santa ana. The phone number is (714)546-6907. Just ask about ceramic coating your headers and they will put you through to that department. I think the guys name is Jeff. Hope that helps. Oh, their address is
2168B s. Hathaway St.
Santa Ana, Ca 92705

If you take it to embee the price is right around I think 275. But don't quote me on that. I know the coating is life time warranty coating so if it ever rusts or discolors you take it back or send it back and they redo it for free, with a receipt of course.
