I am looking for indoor boat storage in the Northern Orange County or Southern LA County area. I live in Huntington Beach.
Is there a good indoor storage facility in the this area that anyone can recommend? What I need is a minimum of 12' x 30' garage or large warehouse type setup.

I don't know of any dedicated indoor boat/rv storage in the area.
I had a storage unit at Global Self Storage in Corona when my new house was being built that was a 12' x 27'. The drive area was big enough to crank a boat into. You might want to look into the regular self-storage places. They had 30's at Global. My rent on the 27' footer was $190 a month. My 12' x 35' in Havasu is only $138 a month.

Damn that's expensive, my place I used to rent in AZ was $85 a month.

It goes up every year. All the storage places in Havasu have waiting list. Supply and demand controls the price. My buddy pays almost $200 for a 40' deep unit.

A new warehouse-style place called Twin Palms Boat Storage just opened at 735 N. Georgia Ave. in Azusa, about 1-2 miles N/E of the 210/605 interchange. As of a couple of weeks ago, they had a bunch of space, but I'm sure it's filling fast. Sorry, but I don't have a phone number or rate info.
If you don't need to have your ride stored locally, I highly recommend All Seasons Storage in Needles. Great people, great service, and good rates on either single garages or warehouse-style spots. We keep our boat there because it's centrally located between Lake Havasu and Lake Mojave from our E/B I-40 route from home.
Try allseasonstorage.net or (760)326-2001 for info

Where do you keep your boat in Havasu for $135?

Do you happen to know what type of rates they are charging?

No, sorry I dont have rates for Twin Palms.
All Seasons charges me $110 a month for my 12x30' garage, with a 10% discount for Oct-May. Warehouse storage is cheaper than that, but I would contact both for accurate pricing.

My brother used to keep his boat at Oneil. It's an indoor wherehouse off the 55 freeway in Santa Ana. Kind of costly if I remember correctly but a nice place.

I stored my last boat at O'Neils as well. No issues, but as mentioned, inside stroage is costly.

If you can afford to do it, buy a storage condo in Havasu. We did that, sold it a year later for a profit and bought our house. Plus, since you buy it, the finance interest is deductible!
Last time I checked, a 30' X13' was going for around $18K.:)
