Hi i have a 2 year old red nose pitt Mr. Bean that is a wonderfull dog and great with kids he is absolutely non agressive, due to my current location i can not keep him at this time and must give him up so if anyone is interested or knows someone that is any help would be apreciated as i must get rid of him asap please e-mail me or post. What a good looking dog, that sucks that you have to get rid of him. I am sure he will find a good home on ***boat. There has been many dogs "saved" on this website.

He has always been good with them i have another dog right now that he lives with but i can only keep one of them.

I used to have a Fawn and Brendle Red Nose American Pit Bull terrior, full blooded with the papers. I grew up with him as a matter of fact, BEST DOG in the world.!

Bruce, I would take him in a minute if "he" was a "her". I have a 10 year male pit who has this alpha male thing going on:-( He is great with people(lets my 2&3 yr old nieces use him for a bean bag) but, unfortunately he is dog aggressive. I have been showing the picture around the office for ya though.

Cool dog I wish I could have another I have two pits right now and cant have another but IM glad to see thy have a good rap around here, pits are all to commonly stereotype as mean or visious dogs a truely unjust title. good luck and I hope he finds a happy home

I'm not really into Pit's but Mr. Bean is not only very friendly. He's also the coolest and funniest dog around. But like some of you, I already have to dogs and just can't take in a 3rd.

Ok sorry i had to drag this up again but i have kept Mr Bean as long as i can i need to place him no later than this weekend or i will be forced to take him to the animal rescue which i really dont want to do, He is a great dog non people or dog aggesive and loves kids and even comes with his own big red house LOL if anyoone is looking or knows someone looking please let me know ASAP. I just forwarded a pic of the dog to Jen's (Goldilocks) work. They are always finding homes for pets because their staff is huge. If she has any takers I'll let you know.

I wish you the best of luck finding him a home ~ it's too bad people fall into the stereotypical myth of how pits are so mean & aggressive... we have 2 pits and they are the best dogs. They have wonderful personalities, huge hearts, love kids, cats, etc... And burglers tend to stay away :notam:
If you can't find a home for Mr. Bean ~ please take him to a pit rescue (can find online)... if you take him to the pound his chances will be slim! :frown:

Bre i have him with another male pitt right now that is 7 years old they are both fixed and i have had no problems with him towards this dog or any others but you know how they are it would be hard to say. Thanks Bruce

Does he chew? Our dogs chew up their toys.... but not things that are not theirs. We leave them outside during the day...then put them in the garage to clean their feet off for a half hour or so at night... and there's things in there that would be bad if he chewed on :wink: then we bring them inside with us at night to sleep.

My girlfriend works at a 24hr animal hospital in Tustin. If you still have him and Bre doesn't take him, I can ask her if she knows anybody. Good lookin dog, I'd hate to see him go to a shelter or pound.

Its hard for me to believe that someone brings a dog into their home.. Raises it with their kids... then is forced to put it in a shelter?.. I hope you work a little harder to place him somewhere he wont be killed.

Dont worry the shelter we have will not kill him the will adopt him out im just worried about the kind of people that i see there adopting him, i would like him to end up in a good home not a backyard dog fight somewhere and yes we are trying hard to place him.

Glad to hear it.. I wish there was something I could do to help other then ask a few friends. I have two dogs now.. and most of my friends have dogs already..
If you have time.. You may try to take him to the dog park.. I have met lots of people there.. if you put it out that your looking for a home for the dog..Generaly animal people will go way out of there way to help..
Just a thought.. I know its tough with kids and a house hold and job.. and and and.. but if you find the time to do that... You might have some success..

i wish i could keep him but i've got a mastiff apit bull and a bandogge . the pit and the bandogge are both males so i'd have to be verry careful adding another male to the gang. but people are allways asking me for dogs so it should work out.
