Even though it's really great from a male point of view( judgeing by alot of responses here), it's just totally wrong from a decency aspect. I work for a school district, and to betray a child like that for your own ( in this case, her own ) sexual gratification is just so wrong on so many levels. You as an employee are expected to conduct yourself in a manner benificial to the children, and to always have their best interests in the forefront of whatever it is you do. This kid will probably be screwed-up for at least the remainder of his formative years. In some cases these molested individuals become a deprement to society in the form of molesters themselves.
