what oil in a 350 chevy??

I was wondering what type of oil to use or rather what weight?
I run 20-50 in my bb ford but what type in a 350 chevy turning 4500rpms??

I run Castrol GTX 20-50 in all the small blocks I have for my boat..350, 383, 400, 501 all the same oil and no problems

I run 10-40 Castrol GTX in my 318, my 350, and my 460. No problems that I've ever seen. Also ran fine in my IHC engines, VW's and my 302 when I was younger.
Now Penzoil on the other hand...

Todd Never run Penziol.... might as well melt candles in your engine. Nothing but wax!!!!

Is that what that crap was all over the inside of my 302 after it blew up? Sheesh...and all the while I thought it was my main bearings...
