please find the time if your bored or whatever to help set me off in the right direction for building my first jetboat. Replies would be great.

why not buy one? They are available and for just the hull I think they are pretty cheap. Eagle makes some nice ones, they are time tested and perform awesome. Find Jungle Boy on the boards, he has a couple of them...

Pretty ambitious project. I've seen some threads about it here. Try the search feature. Good Luck.

thanks for the help, feel free to give me more advice and tips :D

Jungleboy on the boards is the expert with these. I really don't know much about them. Do a search for his name and send him a private message. I am sure he would be happy to talk to you about them. I think canuck1 and a few others also run aluminum white water river boats. Hope that helps, sorry I don't have any more info for you.

cheers mate you have been helpful. Would you recomend using ally jetboats in salt water?

before the preflex construction they used to place the pieces in a metal framed jig and weld 'em together. last time I priced out a bare hull it was $14 000 canadian

Get in touch with Eagle Racing in Sylvan Lake or check out their web site at EagleRacing.ca
Another site to check out is New Zealand jet boating
I'm on my second Eagle sprint and will never go back to a glass hull
