So I started work at a little after 3am this morning refinishing a bar at a local club. I've got the stripper all applied and the backing papper all pressed into place... now I just have to wait another 5 hours before I can do anything ( got done about 8:30)
Why can't some one make striper that works fast and that is none toxic?

"Smells good" and "paint stripper" doesn't often work well together.

Have you tried the marine grade strippers? What type of finish are you gone to use.......................I do bar tops also and other type of finishing.

No, but "stripper" and "bar" do. :)

its going to be the old boiled oil, tongue, and poly deal. Not my choice, but thats what the owner wanted. I tried to talk him into the UV cured varathane's. he wanted the hand rubbed look.
There is a crazing tint laquar on there now. That was the reason I did not use jasco.
