Does anyone know where I can get something to mount in front of the driverseat and passenger seat on the dash to divert air? I heard they make a huge difference.

Dam you've got sexy hair!
Why thank you. :D
I have a windshield on my Spectre and love it. Spectre has a shop that they had pattern it and make them for the boats. There is a shop in the city of orange? I think. They make all kinds of plexy stuff. I was going to use them to make a splash gaurd for the Ultra, John gave me there info. The best thing to do is call Dave, I hear he treats all customers the same. If you own one of his boats you own one of his boats. Im sure he has had people request stuff like this before. I don't know how something like this would look on a Mach 26 but this is what mine looks like. Oh and mine was around $800, I think.

I guess we know who will be buying a new F26 with 300's on the back next year........
Andy
Thanks for the info Andy. I will call Dave. I don't think I will be buying an F26. I really like the way the Mach looks. Bring that 30 up here to the Delta sometime.

LOL nothing like a kick in the junk.......
YOu still need some? Let me know.. I know someone that can make you a pair like the ones we had on the Daytona.
hey its not my fault that you overpaid by $50,000 to start with for the same damn boat.
Sh*t if I overpaid by $50,000 to start with for the same boat I would be upset if I didn't have a higher resale value. ;)

They both float is about the only thing they have in common. :p
Your right,
except for our gel coats being better than yours, the only thing we have in common is the same kool-aid holders and those sh*tty Merc motors.... oh and those merc drives.... same trailers... mostly the same components....
gee now that I think about it.. thats a lot. :notam:
wait I know..... the carpet, ... and oh ya the shifter is different.... Also that antenna thingy is different too. :D
I wanted those different swim steps too and I was willing to pay the extra $200 for them too. And I definitely would have sprung $250 for the extra chrome on the strainer.
They both float is about the only thing they have in common. :p
Gel cote better than DCB? I think your running a fever! :supp:
DCB comes with billet swim steps,no need to pay extra....LOL :p

Yeah but do you have Checkers :p :D
OK for arguments sake, lets call the gel a push.

But do you think if I spend the $1,500 for the things that I don't have like the carpet, antenna and shifter, do you think I will get the higher resale value like Charles says?
Or is it a lost cause? :rollside:

Dave I had no idea you were another misled Eliminator owner that is searching for a reason why he did'nt buy a DCB for pennies more than a dime a dozen Eliminator.

Dave C,
I rest my case! All in fun of course. :D
LMAO.
Pennies more..... your the one with a fever. I didn't know pennies cost so much.
Remember me Boatmaster? Last year you told me that it would cost $96,000 for a DCB equipped just like my Daytona but it would take 6-8 months to get one.
Instead I saved $21,000 and not only got a better boat but I didn't have to wait 6-8 months.
So I think the only misleading that is being done around here is Norcal DCB. Eh?
Dave I had no idea you where another mislead Eliminator owner that is searching for a reason why he did'nt buy a DCB for pennies more than a dime a dozen Eliminator.
But for $96,000 it probably would have come with the cool XM antenna that I didn't get. ;)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder....now go get your eyes checked! LOL :D
Hey my laser eye surgery worked just fine. ya and those plain white boats sure are pretty.....
Geez you DCB guys are a bunch of haters... I'm just trying to give Tony a hard time then all you kool aid guys show up and start hatin!
Calm down DCB'ers.... its not my fault you paid too much for your boats.....
it probably would have come with the cool XM antenna that I didn't get. ;)
But what about a 12 volt socket????

Yes they are pretty.
I'm by far a hater.
I got a great deal on my DCB and I'm VERY FOCKING CALM OK!!!!!! LMAO. :rollside:
BTW,I like your boat.
But what about a 12 volt socket????
Got one.
Haven't they told ya... Eliminator has stepped up their game... It now has a 12 volt socket.
But I got jipped on that XM antenna though and I am kind of peaved about it because I got that ugly black one instead.
But what about a 12 volt socket????
no zip ties though...
Got one.
Me toooooooooo!
East Coast baby!
LOL......
I got a great deal on my DCB and I'm VERY FOCKING CALM OK!!!!!! LMAO. :rollside:
Ya, I don't look at the payment either.... its too hard on the blood pressure!
who the hell are we kidding anyway. They are ALL too f-ing expensive! Are we nuts or something?
I guess it could be worse.... could have paid too much for an east coaster :hammer2: or made the monumental mistake of buying a v-bottom
Dave, I love the new boat. I looked at a 25 Daytona with a blown deal but could not get insurance for it. I have ridden in the 25 Eliminators and they didn't ride anything like the DCB.
I think your boat is good looking if you like baby blue lava lamp effect. :supp: :jawdrop:
I think the price was right on DCB. $28,000 for 2000 Mach26? That seemed like a great price. It was filled with fuel, came with a $10,000 bumpin stereo system. It had ropes, anchors, DVD player, and gift certificates to Chevy's. The trailer came with new rims and tires as well. Maybe I got taken on the price but I feel it was fair. ;)
LMAO.

Sorry Dave I don't remember talking to you last year ( my bad). Please take it for what it is worth, all bashing on these boards is done in good fun. I am by no means a hater, I've owned many Eliminators in my day(of course DCB rigged) but a nice boat none the less. The old saying that every farmers proud of his cow comes to mind, and yes I like my DCBs.

Sorry, couldn't let this one go. It seems that Dave's "Custom" Boats seems to be putting out quite a few copies of the same gel design. I guess picking the colors makes it custom :hammerhea

You are so lucky you said that! LOL :D
with the twin whackers? DAMN - $28,000... thats cheap!!! Great price.....
thats almost so low we have to cry B.S. on it. ;) I would have paid more if it was clean!
and getting insurance on twin whackers is any easier than a blown BB?? QUE? Where did you get your insurance cuz you got a deal there too. :rollside:
BTW I was referring to those new fawkers.

That is what I paid Dave.
I kept hammering the price down and we ended up at 28K. It started at 30K. I just found $5,000 in cash under the back seat. What a day!! :D
