How close is that to the Convention Center? and yes that would help. :)

I have a condo conversion project that I have two vacant units in. I was planning on doing weekly rentals in them. I will head over there today and check on them. I will probably paint them and put in some rental furniture. IT might work out for your friends....no guarantee though.
