If you live in Escondido what is the fastest way to Blythe? Is it quicker to go out 78 through Ramona and out past Octillo wells,Brawley,Glamis. Or is it just quicker to take the 15 to the 215 to the 60 to the 10? Looking for the fastest way to Blythe out of Esco.

I would say come out 215-60-10 frwys. If you go through san diego and to the 8 you would be back tracking too much!

I am in Escondido half way between Riverside and San Diego. So I would be going out the 78 through Ramona not going all the way down to the 8. Yes that would be back tracking.
go to google or map quest and get driving directions for both. See which one has less millage and/or is faster. If you have navi in the car you can use that too.
