I will be in Lake Tahoe area this weekend for my future brother-in-laws bachelor party. Is anyone going to be out there? Has anyone been there? Is there anything to do besides the casinos?
Any advice would help.

Depends. Casinos & drinking are main entertainment. Club in Cesars, Neros, plus a new one in the Horizon.
If your an out-doorsy type, hiking, biking, etc. If not maybe sightseeing (with your car)
Go to Carson city for "full contact adult entertainment."
The lake is nice but cold. There are several beaches around. Launch facilities are limited. If you have a boat go to "the Keys"
Golf in Carson city too. Theres a small course in SLT.
Good Luck. (we might be there Sat night.
If you have the slightest interest in classic mahogany boats ,visit sierra boat company in Carnelian Bay.
good food as well on the Lake at the following places : Riva grill in South Lake Tahoe, Garwoods and Sunyside( i think that is the place) that is on the opposite side of the Lake from Riva's which is next to the Embassy Suites.
There are also winery's down in Placerville which is 30 minutes South of Lake Tahoe if that is an intrest as well..

This weekend Tahoe will be great the weather has been warm and cold at night. If your into craft fairs there's a big one in Genoa just down the hill from Tahoe Nevada side of Heavenly ski area. It's called Candy Dance. Lots of chicks.. music BBQ--ing It's a big deal. Don't dive to close to it and get stuck in traffic.
Any strippers going to be at your party?
If you have a 4x4 there is a big run on the Rubicon. Myself and many others from these boards will be there.
If you get a chance go to Virgina City. Its a really cool town. If you do make sure you go in the Bucket of Blood Saloon. Good times always happen there. :D
Lady Rat, I think I'll be going to the Bucket O Blood in a few weeks...... eek! I'll have a birthday drink for ya! T
