You have to upload it in the image center first. Then open it in the image center. Then right click on the image and scroll down to properties. There will be an http:address. Normally that adress is two lines. Highlight it. And then right click on the highlight and select copy. Then come to the sandbar and click new thread. Title your thread. Then click on a button that says IMG. Then right click in the box that tells you to enter the http address and click paste. then enter and walla. you have a picture.
