350.00 takes all including the two wake board holders. I also have brand new mounting hardware for the floor from Air Boom.
So that's a tripod? Or will it slip over a ski pole also?

It mounts to the floor and then it has out riggers that attach to the side of the boat, with a strap connected to the bow of the boat. The pole also has a ski eye tow for water skiing. Here is a link to thier gallery
