I heard on the radio that she is not being charged with any cocaine charges. And no felony charges either. And that she is an addict in need of help according to the DA.

Maybe if she hadn't been to rehab twice already. If the DA said that maybe he has a plea deal with her to tap it and he'll go easy on her...er I mean easy on the charges.
