13" wedge rudder. 1" shaft. Has some rust. Not bent. I would recommend the new owner to have it x-rayed before use. I know most people don't like running used underwater gear, but it might help someone finish up a project. The first $30+shipping takes it. P.M. or call me (714) 686-0053
