Complete from the engine back 280 w/power trim/ transom housing, etc.and all parts in great.(Except for thr cracked bellows rubber)working order.1.6 gears The unit is still on the boat and I am replacing it with a later model sx. See it run before you buy it. Long shaft, with 14x17 michigan prop in great shape.. No salt water use. I need a Big block (long)..
