take it to power ford Valencia. Ask for Jim, He's the diesel tech. Ford can re-program tires up to 35". It will come very close, withing 1-2 mph because your 37's dont actually measure 37 inches in dia.
Anyways, he should be able to help out.
Also, go to your tire manufacurers website and see how many revs per mile your tire turns. This will help out with the programming.
