I have already been scammed by one shop that was recommended to me by Craig Railsback of BDS and lost most of my build parts and $12K. The shop recommended by Craig Railsback of BDS was TURBO DIRECT of Bainbridge Island WA. I am trying to recover from those losses with no help from Craig Railsback of BDS and get back on the water. I am a working stiff with a young family looking to get this build behind me for sanity sake since we had to sit out this year do to Craig Railsback of BDS. It has been one year come Thanksgiving week that the scam started.
Any help and or knowledge you can pass along would greatly be appreciated.
My goal is 1000hp "safely" on pump gas (92). Which blower will effectively help me get there "WITH OUT A CHILLER" as our water we run on stays at a constant temp and never gets above 65º F. My elevation is 600' above sea level.
My build is as follows:
Dart Tall deck 4.6 bore
Lunati Pro 4.5 stroke
Lunati Pro 6.7 rods
Coated JE pistons 8.5:1 with 120cc chambers
Coated bearings
Jessel rocker shafts
Dart 360's 120cc chambers
KE pan
Morosso external oil pump
Dart 360's flow numbers as follows:
.500 331.5/202.9
.600 356.7/223.8
.700 375.9/238.3
2.30" Int/ 1.88" Exh.
If anyone is interested in the story of the scam from beginning to current it can be read here.

There is a guy in the spam section selling a nearly brand new 1471 Blowershop deal complete with all the goodies. It doesn't get much better than that stuff. As far as making a safe 1000 on pump gas, I don't know what you consider safe. I have never used pump gas except in my pressure washer and that was only once. I usually sneak in 110 for that also. :)

An the point of your post is what? Did you actually have a question or was your agenda merely to slam Craig or his company?
I'm trying to understand how Craig and or BDS is responsible for YOUR misfortune being as they are 1000 miles away. Did Craig or BDS receive any money from you under fraudulent pretenses? Did Craig or BDS wind up with your aledged missing parts? Did that lil round turkey fly up there and twist your arm? Help me out here homey, I'm sorta having problems putting this togather. If you're gonna come on here and slam someone such you're doing we'd sorta like to know so we can avoid the same misfortune.
Rio
To answer your question , do a search in the rag about 2 years ago as Mike Finnegan (cyclone) did a series of articles about 1000 hp from a 572.
Thanks for your intrest Rio........or "homey" as you state above.......Not a slam at Craig and his company but the facts is all.......dont want to type it all over again and is the reason why I provided a link for you in my original post so you can learn from this scam. Because of Craig I got screwed.......and yes he ended up with some of the parts that I paid for......1071 stage 3.5. Its all in the speedwake thread. Hope you take the time to read it. I called Craig and explained that I wouldnt have gotten hooked up with the crook in the first place if it wasnt for Craigs praising recomendation. He said he would help with producing a blower at discounted price for the second blower but then he would never return my calls or take my calls after that........go figure.......just thought people should know that Craig does not stand behind his word.........I gave him I gave him almost 6 months to help make things right before coming puplic with this. Cheers "homey"

Here's the latest, W305R, available mid november. Will bolt to any 671 intake manifold. Works with roots belt systems or our custom 16-rib serpentine system. Best suited for 900-1500hp. Dual carb adapter bolts on top.

I'm not about to touch the SCAM part, as this is only one side of the story - I have no response to that.
I am, however, lightly vexed about the "without a chiller" part. 65 degree water is a lot cooler than the compressed intake charge. Having abundant water available (boat application) to pass through an intercooler, it would be absolutely unthinkable to run even 1 lb of boost on that kind of high dollar hardware without an intercooler. I look at is as more of a protective piece than a power adder, although it does - in a way - add power.

Your right it is only one side of the story........I invite you to call Craig and ask him about the guy he recommended to me "KEVIN NORRIS" at Turbo Direct. Your right about the chiller........I have recently learned it dosnt matter what the temp is of the water......its the charge temp that matters. More smoke that was blown up my azz from Craig and Kevin. They told me the chiller restricts flow and is not worth the hassel. Go figure.......there day is coming though......
