2006 Season
Thanks to the cooperation of the Elephant Butte State Park, we race at either Dirt Dam, or Hot Springs Cove, depending on the best water. At each race we have a BBQ on the beach Saturday night, at 6:00 pm, for a $5.00 donation, unless we are doing something special. Camping is available, and there are always people to play horseshoes, etc. The races start at 9:00 and we are off the water by 2:00 or thereabouts. SWDBA is a state registered Non Profit Organization who supports the local community any way we can. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce, and donate to local causes. We race all watercraft from PWCs to day cruisers so come see what yours can do! Saturdays is Qualifying, declaring, and the BBQ, and Sunday is Eliminations & Awards!
