Got to take my boat for a ride on the Pax today with Brother Rat.
We got to the ramp, and who comes up but SuperSoaker and Jay.
Put the boat in the water, and shortly it started to run poorly at low throttle settings, like something was in the primary jets.
Rat fixed it. He had seen it before: Buildup of wax on the primaries.
If you dont believe me, ask Donnie. Jay taped the results:

I must give my greatest thanks to Brother Rat for sticking with me and makin it happen. He spent most of yesterday and all of today. Also to Don and Jay for lending their excellent support. Nothing like it. Thanks guys.

MikeT it was a pleasure hanging out with you this weekend, I was very impressed with your new boat, from the clean installation of everything to the seat of the pants performance.
I would have never thought that a small block would have performed this well in a jet boat application...........this thing will set you back in your seat and looking for something to grab on to...........which you will never find! ;)
As far as fixxing the wax biuld up...........it was all in the foot! It was great getting back out on the water, Thanx. :cool:
