Well its finally done!
We decided to paint this first one because powder coat takes about a week to get back. When we ship them they will come powder coated to match original roll cage.
Shipping we be very low because the design of the roll cage will break down into 3 pieces. The seat bracket is one solid piece. My guess is less than $50 for the cage itself. $100 for the seats and brackets.
The cage was designed to be very strong. Arc welding was used not wire anywhere. The steel is schedule 40 all the way around, and is bent from a solid piece. Class A bolts will come with the kit. Along with full instructions.
The cage takes about 2-3 minutes to bolt into existing bolt holes and onto the existing cage. It is fully removable on and off whenever you need it.
