SPRING BREAK IS SECOND WEEK OF APRIL AND MY KIDS WANT TO DO SOME LONG DESERVED CAMPING :D BUT I DONT WANT TO BE AROUND A LOT OF YOUNG, SEXY :squiggle: , HALF NAKED :devil: , BEER DRINKING :smile: , WILD, PARTING ALL NIGHT SPRING BREAKERS :frown: (YEA RIGHT :D ONLY FOR THIS TRIP) WE USE TO GO TO BLYTHE BUT WITH THE NEWER BOAT WE MAY BE TOO BIG :confused: SO WHATS A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE THE FAM FOR SOME REALLY GOOD TENT CAMPING AND GREAT BOATING FUN...... I WAS THINKING MEAD OR POWELL :idea: ANY ONE HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS WE ARE OPEN TO ANYTHING NEW IF IT HELPS THE KIDS ARE AGE 6,8,11,14 :p I KNOW THERE A LOT OF MEMBERS THAT HAVE SOME GREAT PLACES SO SPILL THE BEANS THIS ONE TIME :cool:

Might be safer accross from Laughlin casino's or maybe boat onto Mohave and camp right on the lake.

Don't they have a campground at Katerines Landing still on Mohave. I stayed there when I was younger with my family. It was a nice place then, don't know how it is now.

How about Lake Comache or Hogan? They're both fairly close to you in Central Cal and are pretty full. Both have great tent camping.

We have camped at Mohave in a cove called chilli pepper cove. Great please to camp and also for the kids as well.

Were doing our second 2nd break trip easter weekend with the kids.....
in havasu.....
there are still plenty of places there to have fun with kids away from that stuff.....

you are so funny :yuk: i just barely made it thru the boat repairs prices from eliminator with 2 pennies left in my pocket. wont be seeing a rv for a long time but wait........if you dont get your engine back in the boat soon i will have to take control of all your reservations for the summer after all to be a hb member you gotta float :p
