Can anyone help me clean this picture up a little. It is a picture of an old southwind graphic on a t-shirt. I would like to clean it up a little make the white real not t-shirt white and enhance the colors a little. I would appreciate any help. I don't have any progams for this nor would I know what to do with them if I had them.

Just checking your thread, got a '78 southwind with a chev 427, can't help with the artwork though I'm all thumbs and my knuckles drag.
