I believe that's a homemade kit boat by Glen-L Marine.
Xerphobic/Rampager used to have one of those before he got his beer can boat.
These pics are a dead give away.
I've never seen any other boat with this profile from the rear.
Looks like they did a great job on it, and certainly used some pricy materials/wood.
