anyone know why they have a speed limit? I think its stupid.
The production classes are like bracket racing for offshore boats. They are set up for people that have boats that don't comply to the rules of the other classes. The other classes currently don't have enough boats in them, on the west coast, to make them all that exciting. First place in a one boat field is really just a boat ride. Competition is what makes it fun so the production guys are having more fun right now. With that being said, racing in any class is better than watching.
