Help Avatars

Can someone please tell me how to get my pic in the image center (under avatars)over to my user cp so i can use it as my avatar.Thanks

I think you right click on the pic you want,,(small size) NOT BIG!! and then click "properties" highlight and copy the url. Then paste that in your field for avatar in your user CP. Then hit update button.
