The sick thing about it is...it's happening more often than one might think.I've seen full size dogs, cats, puppys...you name it. I absolutely will not tolerate it and if it was me I would have tailed them until they ran out of gas...and with a 5.0L it shouldn't take long.

That's actually not a bad idea Trace, would put alot of eyes out for them. And who knows perhaps someone would have to "re-strain" them before the cops arrived to take them into custody.
