1414.7 revolutions if it hit 7000 instantly and stayed there for 9.40 seconds.
Your Motor turns 7,000 rpms....Your running 29's.... It ET's 9.40 at 125mph...
the prop is a 2 blade, 11 1/8 X 16....
Now..... Can you tell me how many revolutions the prop turns in the quarter mile....Good Luck..
1414.7 revolutions if it hit 7000 instantly and stayed there for 9.40 seconds.
My ears are ringin just reading the question
...and so is Fiat right???
Thats exactly what I got...but thats no slippage.
I figure:
7000 rpm x 1.29 gear = 9030 rpm
9030 rpm / 60 = Revolutions per second 150.5
9.40 seconds x 150.5 = 1414.7
Mph, pitch, and color of boat shouldn't have anything to do with it.
Right 058...no slippage and doubt 7000 rpm instantly and holding entire 9.40 seconds.

Ur killin me
I'm still laughing!
I know the answer. If the guy right next to you ran a 9:30 you need a few more turns than you got. Just ask him and the subtract a few.
my brain hurts!!!!
