I understand sandblasted props are more efficent than polishe props need feedback

I'd give Kevin @ R&R a call and ask him.
My guess is a sandblasted prop will cavitate easier than a polished prop, and a polished prop will keep hooked up better.
I've seen several props where just the trailing edge (1/2 inch or so) is sandblasted in an attempt to get the prop spinning off of the line.

So on my polished prop, if it has a scale coating from the lake and feels like a sandblasted prop it could possibly have more slip?

Before worrying about the finish specifics I would make sure that all the blades have the same “exact geometry” anybody out there have a “Prop Scan” setup??
