    Here's a VERY scary thought...
The next President will probably get to nominate a couple (or more) Supreme Court Justices.
If Kerry gets elected there's a very real possibility that Hillary could be nominated for the Supreme Court!!! I thought perhaps Bill could but I'm not sure if that's possible since he was disbarred in Arkansas. Something about lying under oath or something insignificant like that :yuk:
I think the liberals would shoot in their shorts just thinking about Hillary on the Supreme Court. Meanwhile most of America would be in a panic

The democrats are trying to pull this off for that very reason.
    Believe me.
They are freeked out over the fact that George Bush
is going to appoint the next supreme court justices.

Track record of republican sc appiontees has been that they have more than often taken the opposite side of the administration that placed them there. Same goes for the dem's appiontees...

This is correct. The liberal judjes who are willing to play fast and loose with the constitution are more willing to alow more restrictive and "conserative" ( in the classic dictionary definition sense) stand. While the more conserative judges who are usually strict constitutionalists are often more likely to strike down things like laws that limit free speech etc, and often make more "liberal" seeming desisions. This is a trend that has been well documented by court observers from many political philosophies.
