It was very difficult reading your post, but I gather that you need a jet-o-vator. That's the part that diverts your jet into a roost. Run a search.

I'm guessing maybe he was talking about a rooster booster.
You can run a droop, that gives you 8 degrees of positive nozzle angle.

You do need a divertor if you don't already have one.
Oh wait, you have a jc? Nevermind the droop wouldn't work. I think the only option you have is the divertor....
i have a jetovator it just dont shoot the water high like the other boats only like 5 feet ot of the water
They were probably talking about the JC not having the split bowl with the ring of bolts you need to remove to put in a wedge. What's your bowl look like?
It's an ancient chinese secrete ,
we could tell ya but it'll cost ya
Oh what the hell , I'll put it on your tab

C.T.
Ok, I know the roost looks cool. But is the real function of the jet o vator to correct the attitude of the boat on a plane like trimming an outdrive? Can't you get a ticket for excessive "roosting" ? Just curious.

It is to adjust the attitude of the boat ( quicker planning time and freeing up the hull ) there is no law on a trimming device on a jet drive BUT act like a ass with it and they will write you up for unsafe operation of a boat ! I posted awhile back on this due to a Game Warden asking me not to trim it up and someone here talked with the main office about the law on this .
No booster or up wedge here just a place diverter and a droop.
