Ramada has a nice jacuzzi suite and plenty of boat parking. In fact it is guaranteed. They have security patrolling it too. I'd get a prop lock though. No matter where you park.

Ditto the Ramada jacuzzi suite, stayed there last year. One tip though, after you and your lady have a few too many, Do Not fill the tub, add a half bottle of bubble bath and turn on the jacuzzi. It'll look like an episode of I Love Lucy.

So that's where the spots on the wall came from.

Harrah's Del Rio has a designated boat parking area with roving security. They also have a decent launch for guests only. Nice beach.
River Palm has a video surv. garage top that has roving guards but they charge $10.00 a day Fri, Sat & Sun. No Launch, nothing else for the boater. Smaller beach than Harrahs but nice.
Pioneer has great security that loves the boats. They always hang close to mine and remember me when I return. I oughta get them a cooler but they'd probably never patrol the rest of the property. They also have rooms that will allow you to take your best friend "dog" with you. No special designated area for boats but they try and keep them to the Northern part of the lot. Smaller beach than River Palm but nice and has trees for shade on rivers edge, only steps from rooms and casino floor / restraunts.
Edgewater and ColoradoBelle, have boat check in parking and security is good. Nothing special for boaters in the storage or launch or recreation area. Edgewater has a small beach depending on water level multi levels of stairs to access beach from riverwalk. Coloradobelle has no real beach, no real access. When water level is low enough rocks below are exposed.
If you don't mind being away from the water, opposite side of strip from river the Ramada Express is a good choice. The boat parking is hell and gone from the hotel but it is guarded and they do have a shuttle that will take you there, but you do feel obligated to tip the driver with the multiple trip you might be taking out there.
Flamingo, nothing special, huge parking lot, decent security no frills or perks for boaters, unless you wanna try and win you very on set of Lake Lice.
Riverside, boat parking yes, launch yes, if you don't mind launching on the swiftest part of the river. Plus the ramp is winding down hill toward the water.
Best money spent, stay in the cheapest room with A/C possible. I get cheap rooms at the pioneer and free rooms at the River Ralm from the slot club. I cross the bridge into Arizona and turn left at the light and pay $8.00 for davis camp. I get to launch, use their restrooms and grassy and picnic area. Closest fuel is at the Avi, about 20 - 25 minutes south. And even if you bring gas cans fueling is not allowed on the water. I don't know if you leave if they will let you back in with same pass, I do believe it says no re-enter.
    Hope this helps
