Is it just me or do the smilies rotate?

When I go to reply to a post the smilies in the smilie box are in different positions...sometimes the ones I want are on the [more] section, sometimes they are in different positions. I find it disconcerting. :burningm:

I've seen this happen too. It has ruined my whole day on more than one occasion now.

They rotate with each post. I haven't found a pattern yet. I would be nice if it kept the ones you used the most, close in the box...
Can anyone zip some smilies for Hot Boat? They said we could have more if we zipped them. (obviously not the x-rated ones)
