If someone doesn't anwser fast. J.B. is coming out!!!
What kind of epoxy works best to repair an aluminum cylinder head intake port, running methanol. I have 3 small holes (smaller than a pencil lead). :jawdrop:

I've seen guys use that A B stuff in sticks to fix intake manifolds when they port them to thin and have a lean misfire and launch a blower. At work I use JB weld to fix eroded water passages on intake manifolds and timing covers. The stuff sands real well and doesn't fall out if you get rid of all the corrosion first.
The A/B stuff works good, Moroso sells the stuff. We used Devcon for years but I think it has been outlawed by the EPA. If you can find some, it works real good.

Belzona is some tough stuff.. works great..

ZEP also makes an epoxy that comes in a plastic container and is coiled up inside like a rope wrapped in plastic. both parts are already together and you cut off what you need and work it together with your fingers and apply by hand. when it sets up its hard as all heck and sandable and stays put. Used to use lots of devcon as a machinist and that was the stuff.
