How much would you pay???

I have a co-worker who is selling a 24P Bravo 1 Lab finished prop, and I am not sure if it is a decent deal or not. How much would you pay for a slightly used lab finished Bravo 1 in excellent condition?

$250-$300 would be cool, less would be best

so if its used just because it looks good any ding at all would make it in need of repair $100 to $150
say $400 if you can run your fingers down the leading edge and feel nothing but smooth edge but be carefull it is sharp

I would also want to know who labbed it, and what it was labbed for(ie. more bow lift, 200rpm gain, etc.)
Not all labbbed props are equal....
