MudPumper, most(if not all) 3-point setups use 2 side mounts, bolted to the "automotive" mount location, and the bell housing. I have seen a few people use the front mount of a 4-point with the bellhousing mount of a 3-point, but they were not the original parts.
Well then, I take back my smart ass comment. :boxed: And now that I think about it that is how my boat came when I bought it and I changed it to the way I was describing. For now on I shall think before I post. LMAO
