Thread: BayJet in a 70 Eliminator

does anyone know if a mechanical style Place Diverter (or any other brand) can be installed on a BayJet pump. Externaly it is identical to a Berkely and it even has Berkely impeller, wear ring and bearings. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it. BayJet used to offer their version of a diverter, and if one could be located that would be great too. Any help could save me having to take the pump apart and take it to Place myself.

I believe you are correct, they are another Berkeley clone!
Look around you can sometimes find and older style place diverter (with reverse bucket hanging down) for sale on the web.
    Good luck,
