Sounds like a nice place FOR CHEAP! I thought places were alot more there. It is worth it if you go out there more than 2 weekends per month, for the cost of hotel/motels.
It is a great deal for someone! you can spend more than the monthly rent on a hotel,food,launch in a weekend.
