Get a jet pump impeller puller (http://www.rexmar.com/page126.html) and a little heat, preload and smack it with a hammer.
Stock automotive 2-3 jaw pullers usually only break themselves or the impeller if you got one that's stuck real good.
So exactly how do I go about removing a stubborn impeller? I put a puller on it and the puller broke off. Anyone have any tips on how do make this easier?

Rex's: Impeller Puller Is A very Sweet Tool , Like he said A little heat on the imp, maybe some wd-40 and preload then smack it with a hammer.
