So, I've been talking to this guy ...... board name "ROZ". Some of you may know him? hehehehe
Anyway, I probably blew his mind with all the PM's and indecision on what I wanted to put into my boat. Believe me, most would've thought I was a yahoo that was never gonna purchase anything and bailed out a long time ago. But not Chris. He hung in there with me, threw tremendous help, expertise, and ideas my way....listened to all of my wants, concerns, bs, etc.... And got me exactly what I wanted in the end.
Even better, once I placed an order with him for my gear he followed through perfectly. I ordered everything earlier this week, turned out his shipping guy was on vaca and it looked like it'd be at least later next week before I received my shipment. ROZ pulled some strings and got his GM to overnight, yes overnight, everything to my door and it was here as promised this morning. SImply awesome!
Chris, you're a true testament to someone that loves what they do and cares about their business and their customer. You're the shiznit bro! I highly recommend anyone to speak with you before making decisions on any A/V gear for their boats, cars, or homes.
