Does this work well with an alarm system? Also, it can't be available everywhere in town since you need to be within 17500 ft of the switch to ahve DSL. Also, cable modems are supposedly faster than DSL. But, this seems to be worth looking in to.
I just got off the phone with Quest communications. So here it is, their telephone serive is $13.18 per month, keep the same telephone number.
IF you already have an ISP, say Verizon in CA, then DSL is $15 per month extra! Modem, a wireless one, at $60 and $27 set up fee. You can keep same LD provider. All prices are plus taxes, etc.
So that is phone and DSL for under $30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
E mail Tiffany at Tiffany.matthews@qwest.com or call 208/533-2180.
She indicated that would take about 5 business days to make the change over.
This beats Citizen's at 21 and 36 per month respectivly.

It should as the entire town is available with DSL through Citizens. And cable is faster, but how fast do we want to go in Havasu? :rollside:
Tried to send her an e-mail address but it was returned with fatal errors. Are you sure the e-mail address is right? Is it supposed to be @quest or @qwest? I'm thinking it should be tiffany.matthews@qwest.com
The correct e-mail address is tiffany.matthews@qwest.com
Thanks on that and I will correct.
