I think if Kerry Starts to lose too much, The rhetoric will be forced shift.
A deal will be cut, Kerry will have to seceed from his ideals, party lines and constituents and he will be offered a deal to save he & kennedy's seats.
Everyone knows that Losers ( BIG : L ) of Presidential Races are Lame ducks, especially those with seats in the house / senate or state level..
Anyhow, Kerry's tune will change and he will have to " float " ideas that
an occupant of the white house or a majority party cannot openly discuss prior to bowing out about foreign policy :
Particularly where, Syria , Iran & N. Korea get HIT WITH THE BIG STICK by that "thing" called an coalition of the willing !

Iran already has uranium. What they are trying to do is enrich it - possibly to weapons grade. From reading OG's link it appears this is the plan long promoted by the State Department.
