There's a lot for sale with 2 mobile homes north of the Needles bridge...asking $2.3M :jawdrop:
My ass is sore from me constantly kicking it for not buying something in Havasu 2-3 years ago. :frown:
I remember when they built that house I was over there talking to the electrician, that place is pretty sick. We recently had our river front trailer appraised and it was over $750,000. So it doesn't surprise me that a house as sick as that one went for that much.

Oh.
Well, THAT'S a different thing altogether.
A short time ago (maybe 4 years) a realtor laughed at me asking $300 a square foot for a nice, furnished home in Boulder City. Today, it would go for twice that. Our kids buy tract homes today for $300 to $500 a foot. Yes, its really crazy, a sellers delight. Glad I'm selling down, not buying in. But us older guys have wondered all our lives how can real estate keep going up in the west. Its not even close to the cost of living increases. Bought my first home after Korea in 1955 for $17,500. X recently sold it for well over $300k...
Prices have leveled and are starting to go down.....
