Thread: Sub Woofer Enclosure

    Looking to add a sub to my 2004 2500hd Crew Cab, Any recomendations on enclosures or set ups.

    JL Audio's website usually has some enclosure specifically for certain autos.

    I have the Stealthbox in my crew and it is pretty good...hits ok....now if you want ground pounding base, I would go with 2 or 3 10's in an enclosure along the back wall...12" woofers might be two deep...before the Stealth box, I was looking at doing 2 10" MBQuart subs...they don't need alot of space in front, or that big of an enclosure...

    I have done a couple with 3 10's and a thousand watt amp on them and it works pretty good

    I've got 4 10's behind the back seat of mine. Seat is in the stock position too.
    Talk to Adam at Wired for Sound. He did the stereo and it's the same box as he had in his truck about 3 system redesigns ago.
