As its been told to me, you can make a smaller box and trick the sub into thinking its in a much bigger enclosure!
What different does it make to fill Fully enclosed woofer boxes with Poly-fill how does this make the subs sound different

The Poly-Fill slows down the air waves inside the box. It's used when you have to build a box with less volume then recommended for the speaker.
So by adding Poly fill it wont improve my subs if the box is not too small, dont get me wrong my subs sound good but i thought if i could get more out of it i would :rollside:

I dont think I have ever seen polyfill hurt sub performance it either helps or does nothing at all. For the price you pay you cant lose out, even if it does nothing at all you are only out like $3

Yup. Any craft store or department store that has a craft/fabric section will carry polyester filler. It's what grandmaa puts into pillows and quilts to make then soft and squishy
I bought my last bag from Walmart for about $2.....
Do you line the box with it, or fill behind the speaker with it, or what?

Just shove it into the box and then install the speaker. Don't need to ad too much..
